Change Management: Is It Time To Upset Your Apple Cart?
It’s almost always been true: change is a good thing.
Especially when you initiate it for yourself, your department or your company and have the change tied to a big initiative or strategic objective.
It can be a huge motivator for you, your staff and those who benefit from your product or service to embark on a new voyage. Especially when you can involve the key players around you as part of the change process.
It’s also true that every organization needs to consider upsetting the apple cart every once in a while. To replace the apples, clean the cart, tighten the screws and repaint the exterior.
Since we try to live out our own advice, here’s some news:
We are excited to announce some big changes here at Goates Consulting Group – the official launch of a new look and online presence for our executive coaching and leadership development consulting company.
What’s happening? Today we are:
launching a totally new website at goatesconsultinggroup.com
reintroducing our fresh new logo and design
reminding you of our new brand promise
formally launching our business page on Facebook. Like us today!
There is so much to tell you about and we’ll do that over the next few weeks. Until then, however, please take a look at the new site, come see us on Facebook and, of course, shower us with your feedback!
And having just been through our own mini change management process, we are full of new ideas to help you with yours.
What changes are you planning? And how can we help your organization and your people thrive this year?
Contact us today.
